What is it like to live in Africa?
This half term we will be looking at what it is like to live in Africa. How do you think we might get here from our home?Did you know Africa is made up of lots of different countries?

We will be finding out about how life in Africa is different to where we live. What do you think it would be like if you lived in Africa? Would schools and jobs be the same? Would you wear the same clothes? What would your house look like? Here are some houses that you might see in Africa. What do you think they are made out of? |
In RE we are going to be finding out that Jesus is the Son of God. We are going to hear some stories about Jesus when he did some very special things for other people. How do you think these people will feel when Jesus helps them? |

We will be doing maths everyday and we will be learning lots of new numbers facts. We will be learning how to add by counting on from the biggest number and learning some facts by memory. We are also going to be looking at how shapes can make patterns and learning the names of 2D and 3D shapes.
