	Our topic for this half term is Our World
Geography In Geography, we are going to be finding out about our school environment. How do you think our school has changed over the years? Click here to see a map of the school. Can you see anything that has changed? We are also going to look at how London is being changed for the Olympics. Have a look at what they are building here.	Science What plants and animals do you think live in our local area? Did you know plants and animals are like us and they like to choose the best home for them! Art In art, we are going to be finding out about some artists who paint landscapes. What do you think of this painting? It is by an artist called Claude Monet. We are going to try to create some paintings like this. Click here to try this program and paint your own landscape picture.	Literacy We are going to Fox Howl this half term so we are going to make an information book. I wonder what plants and animals we are likely to see. After that we are going to be reading some traditional tales like Little Red Riding Hood. Click here to read a different version of the story. Then we will be following instructions and making lots of lovely things for Christmas.
ICT During ICT we are going to be giving instructions to make things move. Can you think of anything that you have to give instructions to so that they will work? Try this game.
